Thom Browne offers a complimentary return service for items in their original condition, including all tags and packaging, within 15 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and fragrances are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original signature grey packaging and secure them inside the shipping box, ensuring the return invoice and pre-paid shipping label are included.
Ship the Items
Schedule a complimentary courier pickup through our website or drop off your package at an authorized carrier location using the provided pre-paid label.
Refund Processing
Once our team has inspected the returned merchandise to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
